First Day of School Procedures

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we begin the first day of school, please be reminded of the following important procedures to ensure a smooth and safe start to our academic year:

1. Morning Drop-Off:

   • Pre-K Only: Parents of Pre-K students will be permitted to walk their child to class in the morning. If you are walking your Pre-K student, parents are encouraged to park their vehicles on campus and walk to the classroom

   • Grades K–9: For safety and efficiency, only students will be allowed to enter the building in the morning. No parent walk-ins for these grade levels.3

ALL K-9 PARENTS MUST MAKE THE DRIVE LINE!

1. Main Office Hours:

   • The Main Office will be closed from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM to focus on morning arrival and student supervision.

   • The Main Office will reopen promptly at 8:00 AM for parents who have questions or need assistance.

2. Dismissal Procedures:

   • All families should have already received their car tags for dismissal.

   • If you have not received your car tag, please visit your homeroom teacher or stop by the Main Office after 8:00 AM.
